After successfully logging into the CompanyWall Business financial information platform, you will be directed to the portal’s homepage. The first page is organized to give you instant access to the most important information about business entities, as well as to the most popular features such as the Watchlist and “Who viewed my profile” section.
At the top of the page, you have a quick search option. Enter the company name, tax number, or registration number and click the magnifying glass icon. Next to it, you’ll find an arrow that opens additional advanced search options when clicked.
On the homepage, you’ll also find your Watchlist, a list of recent searches, most searched companies, as well as access to current auctions of movable and immovable property, and a daily updated list of companies currently in bankruptcy proceedings.
If you have logged into the CompanyWall Business financial information platform for the first time, your Watchlist will be empty. You can create your list by clicking »FOLLOW« in the search results or on the profile of a specific business entity.
Each company you choose to follow will be added to your Watchlist, which is accessible from the homepage and allows you to view the most important information without additional searches. You can add an unlimited number of companies to your Watchlist.
The Watchlist is linked to your email address, which means you will be immediately notified of any changes that occur in the companies on your list. You will also receive email notifications even when you are not logged into the platform.
We notify you of all court, registry, and financial changes that occur in a company, such as:
- account blockages and releases,
- court proceedings,
- bankruptcies,
- credit rating changes, and more...
The Watchlist is one of the most important tools in the CompanyWall Business financial information platform. It is most useful to add your regular business partners, suppliers, and clients to it. This way, you don’t need to check them daily—only when a change occurs that might affect your business. With timely notifications, you can react appropriately and protect your operations.
Clicking the arrow in the search criteria box opens an advanced search. You can use multiple search criteria in advanced search to narrow down your search results.
This method is very useful if you want to export companies with search results, or if you want to find companies that meet specific criteria.
It is also important to mention the "add criterion" option. In this part of the search engine you can set the desired criteria based on the data from the annual financial statements, from the year you want.
When you have set all your search criteria, click on "search" and Companywall business will list your search results.
The last search shows a list of the companies you last searched for. From this list you can access company details without searching.
You can see a complete overview of your search history on your account settings.
You can access the user settings by clicking on your username in the upper right corner and clicking on "settings".
The most searched companies are the ones most searched by the users of the Companywall business financial assistant.
The “Who searched for me” feature allows you to track which signed-in users within the CompanyWall Business financial information platform have searched for your company. You can also see how many non-signed-in users have viewed your company profile.
If you use the “Who searched for me” feature, other registered users of the platform will likewise be able to see that you have searched for them.
If you do not wish to use this feature, please contact our technical support, and we will disable it for you immediately. In that case, you will lose the ability to see who has searched for your company.
Advanced Search lets you search for people as well as businesses by the most important criteria available.
The search engine itself allows you to search the maximum and minimum balance sheets of all companies according to a specific criterion.
For example, you can search for companies by business revenue and other balance sheet data, as well as past years.
It offers you a search for companies that are currently blocked, bankrupt and the like.
Based on these parameters, you can find new associates, more favorable suppliers and more reliable customers. You can mark and export the search results to an Excel spreadsheet and save it to your computer.
This option lets you see which companies are responsible for the responsibilities of a company or the company itself. By looking at this information, you can get a clearer picture of how these businesses operate.

Search results can also be exported to an Excel spreadsheet containing all basic company data. This is especially useful if you wish to import the data into your own business system or further analyze and process the information from the CompanyWall Business database.
Clicking on a company name in the search results will take you to the selected company’s details.
A menu will appear on the left, grouping all categories of financial information and business data offered by CompanyWall Business.

Why do you need the services and tools of a financial assistant?
The watchlist offers you, in one place, all the companies you view and monitor most frequently. Most importantly, you will be notified by email about any change related to a company you have added to your watchlist.
The companies most commonly added to the watchlist are suppliers, business partners, customers, and other companies you work with.
For example, if a customer enters blockage, you will be notified and can decide how you will continue doing business with them – whether you will issue an invoice or a pro forma invoice.
The watchlist is one of the most important tools of the CompanyWall Business financial assistant, enabling secure future business operations and reducing the risk of non-payment of your issued invoices.
The database available in the CompanyWall Business financial information platform is updated daily. Aware that tracking all changes can be time-consuming, we allow users to create a Watchlist—a list to which they can add all companies they are interested in, or about which they wish to be notified immediately if anything changes.
We send change notifications to your email after each data update, provided that a company you follow has undergone a change.
The “Who searched for me” feature allows you to track which signed-in users within the CompanyWall Business financial information platform have searched for your company. You can also see how many non-signed-in users have viewed your company profile.

When you select a company to view its data, the summary immediately provides access to its credit rating.
The credit rating offers a quick and reliable insight into a company’s financial health. With a high degree of certainty, it estimates the likelihood that the company will continue to operate stably in the future or may encounter liquidity issues.
The credit rating is essential when checking the performance of any company, and it also serves as a criterion for whether a company can obtain a credit rating excellence certificate – confirmation that it is a reliable, trustworthy and responsible business partner.
The CompanyWall Business credit rating is calculated based on the most important financial data and also considers several other operating criteria to ensure the highest possible accuracy and clarity of interpretation.
By looking at your business details, you also have the option to "download credit report". You have the option in English or Slovenian.
The credit report is a summary of all the data in the last 2 years, and it is generated in PDF format and as such is used for sending to you in mail, you can print it and the like.
It graphs important metrics, financial information, owner information, credit ratings, and more that you need for a business financial analysis.
The English version is helpful if you do business internationally and want to show your partner or other credit report to your partners.
The CompanyWall Business financial information platform monitors bankruptcies and public auctions on a daily basis.
For bankruptcy proceedings and auctions, registered users have access to all key information, enabling them to identify business risks in time, protect their claims, or increase their assets by taking advantage of more favorable purchases of movable and immovable property at auctions.
AUCTIONS
On CompanyWall Business, you can find all public auctions taking place in Slovenia, regardless of the auctioned asset.
These may include real estate, securities, trademarks, business shares, and various movable assets (vehicles, machinery, artworks, household appliances, etc.) that can be obtained at prices lower than market value.
BANKRUPTCIES
The bankruptcy list is updated daily, allowing you to check which business entities are currently in bankruptcy and to follow developments in their proceedings. You can also download PDF documents, if available, containing details of procedural actions.
Monitoring bankruptcies is highly important, as these are companies facing insolvency, and cooperation with them may represent a business risk for you.
The CompanyWall Business financial information platform contains basic business data on all companies registered in Slovenia. The data are regularly updated from AJPES on the basis of an official decision.
